Devrisen Technologies is a custom software development company that builds MVPs, web platforms, SaaS products, and enterprise software for startups, growing businesses, and enterprise teams. The team that builds your software maintains it after launch.
Devrisen was founded by Raja Arslan, a technical founder with a decade of experience developing and leading enterprise-grade software projects across the government and private sectors, among them HIPAA-regulated healthcare platforms, AI software, and systems for education and non-profits.
The company is built on a simple premise from those ten years: quality delivery follows technical leadership. When the person who scopes your project is a hands-on engineer who has shipped systems like yours — not an account manager working from a template — estimates get honest and software gets built right the first time.
Devrisen is built to work across time zones. The team works from Islamabad, Pakistan and Melbourne, Australia, and serves clients in the US and Canada, the UK and Europe, the Middle East, and Australia and New Zealand.
